Dealers: Register Today for the New Employee Bundle

As fall field work wraps up and we dig in for another winter, it is time to start thinking about Ag Leader Training again! The training season begins in January and will end in March. The first dealer classes begin January 11th, so register soon to reserve your spot.

The New Employee Bundle (NEB) allows dealers to streamline the on-boarding process for new employees and will be offered on three different weeks during the Winter 2016 training season. Dealers can send new employees for one full week of training that exposes them to all of the Ag Leader product lines and gives them hands-on technical experience.

Each NEB week will begin with a general introduction to Ag Leader display operations & capabilities, data management, and hands-on equipment installations. The remainder of the week will cover SeedCommand™, DirectCommand™ and GPS product lines. These courses enable new employees to not only understand the settings, functions, and requirements of these systems, but also gain troubleshooting experience with issues they will encounter in the field.

Dealers can log into the Academy Training Portal to check the availability of these bundles and enroll. Even if you are not new to the Ag Leader brand, this week of training can serve as a solid review to keep you fresh on all present Ag Leader products.
